In order to approve your rebates, our team needs adequate information to verify the purchase.
For shipping and return shipping rebates this means we will need a complete screenshot of your order confirmation where we can see the store name, order number, order date, shipping fees and order total.
For return shipping rebates, you are also required to upload or send the order confirmation of the original purchase you are returning.
Other fees such as taxes and service fees are not eligible for rebate reimbursement.
Rebates may also be declined due to restrictions found in our Terms.
